Exchange/ Return Policy

At Tiny Tales, your satisfaction means everything to us! We take great pride in crafting premium-quality baby clothing that combines comfort, safety, and style. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.

 

Eligibility

 

If your online purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request an exchange or receive Online Store Credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping charges) within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please note that items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

 


What is Online Store Credit?

Online Store Credit allows you to return an item and use the same value towards a future purchase at Tiny Tales. It’s an easy and flexible way to shop again with us — whenever you’re ready!

 


How to Request an Exchange

Simply send us an email at support@tinytales.com with your Order ID and reason for exchange. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Once approved, you will be asked to courier the item back to our return address, which will be provided via email.

 


Timeframe for Requests

All exchange or return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order. Requests sent after this period will not be accepted.

 

 


Shipping Costs

We’re unable to refund shipping charges except in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

  • Free shipping was offered as part of a promotion

In all other cases, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

 


Important Notes

  • Sale items cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.

  • Accessories (such as baby socks, hats, mittens, or bibs) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Used, washed, or altered items will not be accepted for exchange.

  • Product tags and labels must remain intact and unremoved.

  • Seasonal items can only be exchanged within the same season (e.g., summer stock for summer stock).

  • Exchanges across different brands or collections are not allowed.

 


International Orders

Currently, Tiny Tales does not offer refunds or exchanges for international online orders.

 


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing support@tinytales.com. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.
